* Rescheduling/Cancellation:

* You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time.

* Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £5.

* No-shows will be charged half the price of the service and banned from booking with nailsbyRubes.

* Late Arrival: If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, it may be necessary to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Services:

* Service Description: I offer Gel-X nail extensions and related services as described on my website and social media.

* Guarantee: I strive for high-quality results. If you are unsatisfied with your nails, please inform me within 2 days of your appointment, and I will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

* Maintenance: Gel-X nails typically last 2-6 weeks with proper care. I am not responsible for damage caused by improper aftercare or external factors.

* Allergies: Please inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. I am not responsible for allergic reactions if you fail to disclose this information.

3. Payment:

* Pricing: Prices for services are listed on my website/social media/price list.

* Payment Methods: I accept cash or apple pay.

4. Client Responsibilities:

* Health: Please inform me if you have any health conditions that may affect the service, such as nail infections or open wounds.

* Respect: I maintain a professional and respectful environment. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive.

5. Liability:

* I am not liable for any injuries or damages that occur as a result of your failure to follow my instructions or disclose relevant information.

6. Photography/Social Media:

* I may take photos and videos of your nails for promotional purposes on social media. Your consent will be requested before any photos are taken.
